What does the course involve? This qualification is designed for learners with an interest in developing knowledge of their own and others’ wellbeing. The courses provides learners with a range of flexible units to suit their individual circumstances and interests including:
- Introduction to Stress & Stress Management
- Importance of Healthy Eating & Drinking in Adults
- Developing an Awareness of Mental Health
- Personal Safety & Awareness
- Weight Management & Body Image
- Impact of Lifestyle Choices
- Making Informed, Healthy Choices
How long does it take? The course runs for 5 days.
Are you eligible? Our courses are free/fully-funded for those aged 19+ who are unemployed and not in education or training.
