Acorn Training Ltd is a private limited liability company wholly owned by Gareth Fallows, who is also Managing Director to the business.

Acorn Training Ltd operates in a highly regulated industry and are a members of a number of supply chains and partnerships that operate with head agreements with the Education and Skills Funding Agency, Ministry of Justice, Department for Work and Pensions and NHS Trusts in The United Kingdom. Acorn Training also operates with a head agreement for services with the Education and Skills Funding Agency.

Acorn Training Ltd is a member of The Employment Related Services Association and Association of Employment and Learning Providers. The lead industry bodies for employment and training services.

Acorn Training Ltd has undertaken a risk assessment to control the risks associated with modern slavery and Human Trafficking; holistically monitor our supply chains and the way in which we conduct business. This risk assessment includes a number of controls and Key Performance Indicators within our Quality Management System to ensure that Acorn Training Ltd operates with due regard and within the laws associated with slavery and human trafficking (Modern Slavery Act 2015). Our Quality Management System is ISO9001 and ISO27001 accredited.

Our commitment to eradicating these practices supports British Values and
encapsulates our commitment to raising awareness of the issues associated with modern slavery and human trafficking. This is achieved through training and awareness of our staff about the risks and indicators associated with identifying and reporting these issues.
