About the Apprenticeship

An effective team leader/supervisor will provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of organisational goals. A team leader/supervisor apprenticeship teaches you about:

  • Supporting, managing and developing team members
  • Managing projects
  • Planning and monitoring workloads and resources
  • Delivering operational plans
  • Resolving problems
  • Building relationships internally and externally.

There are no formal requirements to apply to do this apprenticeship.

What qualifications will the learner receive?

  • Institute for Apprenticeships Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3, achievable at Pass or Distinction.
