It explores the benefits of effective communication and reflection to encourage the support of positive behaviours and a reduction in the amount of incidents of challenging behaviours.

This course is designed for learners wishing to develop their understanding of the safe handling of medication. It provides a general overview of different types of medication and their uses and supports the development of knowledge surrounding the procedures for obtaining, storing, administering and disposing of medication along with the importance of accurate record-keeping.

The Level 2 Safeguarding and Prevent Course is designed for individuals who work directly with children, young people, or vulnerable adults. It provides a deeper understanding of safeguarding responsibilities, focusing on recognising, responding to, and reporting concerns effectively.

The Level 2 Dementia Awareness qualification is designed for those learners who are working with or aspire to work with individuals who have dementia. It is a knowledge only qualification which covers the following areas: dementia awareness, the person-centred approach to the care and support of individuals with dementia, understand the factors that can influence communication and interaction with individuals who have dementia and understand equality, diversity and inclusion in dementia care.

The Level 2 End of Life Care qualification is designed for those learners who are working with or aspire to work in care roles. It is a knowledge only qualification, which covers how to understand end of life care, communication, assessment and care planning with person-centred approaches. It covers the care during the final hours of life and bereavement care.
