About the course
This course focuses on the study of mental health and mental well-being to support different occupational areas. It provides information around mental health legislation, services and public attitudes and how these have altered over time. It also explores how to support mental well-being, treatment options available, the impact of mental health and the skills required to support individuals suffering with their mental health.
Learners must be aged 19+, living in a non-devolved area and in the UK for 3+ years. Learners must also earn below £25,000 annually or below £2084 a month. If you are not eligible for funding, you can still undertake your qualification by applying for an Advanced Learner Loan, with no repayments required until your annual income exceeds £25,000 per year.
