When Edward came to Acorn Training he felt out of touch with the digital world and struggled to use his devices. He had a tablet but was too nervous to use it in case it broke so enrolled on our Beginners IT Community Learning course. The tutor supported Edward to cover the basics of IT including sending and receiving messages, searching, shopping online, using apps and much more. Following this course and receiving tailored support, Edward has grown in confidence and has since achieved an Essential Digital Skills Qualification.
