About the Apprenticeship
The Level 3 Housing and Property Management apprenticeship provides the essential skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed for frontline housing professionals who manage homes, neighbourhoods, and tenant relationships. At a time of major sector reform and rising tenant expectations, this apprenticeship equips housing officers, neighbourhood officers, and tenancy managers to deliver high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused services.
Learners gain practical expertise in tenancy and neighbourhood management, rent collection, anti-social behaviour casework, and housing law, preparing them to handle the complex realities of frontline housing work. The programme also emphasises ethical decision-making, empathy, inclusivity, and resilience, ensuring that services are delivered with fairness and integrity. By fostering these professional behaviours, the apprenticeship supports the creation of safer, stronger, and more connected communities. For employers, it offers a structured, nationally recognised pathway to attract, develop, and retain skilled staff, strengthening workforce capability and service quality across the housing sector.
There are no formal requirements to apply to do this apprenticeship.
