The Get Work Ready – Neurodiversity Programme is designed to support neurodiverse individuals in developing the key skills and confidence needed to enter employment successfully.
The course focuses on practical employability skills including:

Building effective CVs

Developing interview techniques
-
Preparing for the workplace

Recognisable transferable skills
-
Completing job applications
In addition, learners receive tailored guidance on topics specific to neurodiverse needs, such as understanding reasonable adjustments, workplace adaptations, and strategies for self-advocacy to ensure ongoing success and support in employment.
To promote full participation, the programme includes regular breaks and individually adapted learning materials, ensuring an inclusive and accessible experience that maximises each learner’s potential for success.
Our Adult Community Learning (ACL) courses are free/fully-funded for those aged 19+ with a Staffordshire postcode who are unemployed and not in education or training.
