About the course

This entry level English course helps learners improve speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. You’ll take part in discussions, practise understanding everyday texts, and learn to write clear sentences for emails, forms and messages.

The course is ideal for those who want to build confidence and improve communication for daily life and the workplace.

Our Adult Community Learning (ACL) courses are free/fully-funded for those aged 19+ with a Staffordshire postcode who are unemployed and not in education or training.

Our Adult Community Learning (ACL) courses teach important skills for both life and work in you local community.
