About the course

The Get Work Ready Programme is designed to support  individuals in developing the key skills and confidence needed to enter employment successfully.

The course focuses on practical employability skills.

Our Adult Community Learning (ACL) courses are free/fully-funded for those aged 19+ with a Staffordshire postcode who are unemployed and not in education or training.

Our Adult Community Learning (ACL) courses teach important skills for both life and work in you local community.
