About the Apprenticeship

The AI Delivery and Organisational Transformation Apprenticeship Unit is designed for leaders responsible for implementing AI strategies and managing organisational change.

Learners will develop the skills required to lead AI-enabled transformation programmes, oversee implementation, manage workforce impacts, and ensure AI solutions are embedded effectively into organisational processes and ways of working.

The unit explores topics such as workforce reskilling, role redesign, risk management, compliance, and performance monitoring. As organisations move from AI planning to practical implementation, this unit supports leaders in delivering sustainable change while ensuring AI is used responsibly, securely, and in line with organisational objectives.

Typically, candidates will be aged 19 or over, be employed, have employer support to undertake the programme, be working in, or progressing towards, a leadership or management role relevant to the unit.

What qualifications will the learner receive?

  • Level 5 Apprenticeship Unit certification for the relevant AI Leadership unit.
