Our Employability SWAP (Sector-based Work Academy Programme), in partnership with Premier Foods and People Plus, has achieved great employment results. Six participants who completed the Personal Development for Employability course have successfully secured bakery operative positions with Premier Foods.
One learner shared, “I’ve really enjoyed doing the course, and I feel like I’ve learned a lot. Hopefully, this is the next step for me, and I can get myself back into work.”
