Robert Percival, one of our IAG (Information, Advice & Guidance) Co-ordinators, collaborated with a recruitment company to empower returning citizens with essential employability skills and insights into the construction industry at HMP North Sea Camp.

Together, they delivered a workshop covering interview techniques and practical employability skills, setting our participants on a path towards meaningful employment upon release. During the session, participants engaged in a hands-on team-building exercise, constructing cradles to protect eggs from breaking—a fun yet impactful way to demonstrate the power of teamwork and collaboration.

All individuals who attended are now registered with the recruitment company, providing them with opportunities to be considered for work upon their release. Well-done, Robert, on organising this important event for individuals in custody who are looking to secure employment and successfully reintegrate into the community.
